Description
The sigma profile roll forming machine is a complete production line for manufacturing 1.2mm to 2.0mm thick purlins with sigma profile. This machine is also known as M-shape purlin rollforming line. Main components of whole production line are 3Ton uncoiler, feeding device, levelling unit, punching unit, pre-cutting device, roll forming stations and receiving tables.
Automatic Size Adjust
- One side of the roller stands is installed on a movable base.
- The base can move in and out automatically through the linear guide to adjust the gap between rollers.
- Users only need to input related data on the touch screen, the roller stands will adjust accordingly.
- Web width of the sigma purlin ranges from 100mm to 320mm.
- 1.5kw * 2 electric power for roller stands adjust.
